Dave specializes in acquiring, managing & liquidating performing & non-performing notes nationwide. His goal is to bridge the gap between the institutional note seller and the retail note buyer/investor. Although he has been investing, rehabbing, and managing rental properties since 1989, he now prefers to hold paper as opposed to holding real properties.
